[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide high speed internet service to the government authority located in Bozeman, MT.
- Provide a Symmetrical Fiber Optic connection:
o Minimum 500 Mbps
o Provide pricing for step increases up to 1 Gbps (1000Mpbs)
- Responsible for providing the necessary connection and equipment between the demarcation point and their backbone
- Provide a Single Mode Fiber or Ethernet connection to Firewall.
- 24/7 support; remote response within 30 minutes and on-site response within 60 minutes if needed
- Provide minimum of 24-hour notice prior to any network maintenance that would cause a network outage.
- Provide SMS notification and status updates related to any unexpected network outages.
- Monthly service agreement to be bill to the attention of the university.
