[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a partner to assist in the development and launch of a new college and career readiness portal, aimed at providing a one-stop solution for a diverse audience to provide the web hosting services either directly or manage a third-party cloud solution.
- The website should allow for a unique and user-friendly experience for students and parents, as well as the general Montana public to utilize the various offerings and offices within the agency. Please provide examples of how your previous work in building websites is used with different features and customization to support our project needs.
- The website application or vendor should provide a solution with integrated engagement reporting features that allow to track the interest level and engagement of users visiting and interacting with various portions of our website.
- The website, through all phases of implementation will require significant project management both internally within the Montana University System, as well as through the successful vendor’s firm to ensure success.
- The solution selected herein will be a representation of a multiplicity of functional areas. The successful vendor must be able to efficiently gather feedback from all stakeholders and project team members internally.
- From this varied and detailed feedback, the successful vendor must be able to present solutions that embody the culmination of the feedback gathered.
- Website should be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please detail any expected downtimes expected for maintenance, updates, etc.
- The website, and its proposed phases being completed in an accelerated timeline, are of utmost importance. Please detail your completion timeline and provide specific examples of previous website development projects to support your proposed completion and launch schedule for portal.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
