Government Authority located in Warm Springs, Montana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for ambulance and emergency medical services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide ambulance and emergency medical services on an as needed basis, taking clients to medical appointments, community outings, discharge locations or other transportation services currently covered by collective bargaining agreements with MSH employees to the government authority located in Warm Springs, MT.
- Pay all expenses for services provided, including but not limited to personnel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, equipment, supplies, and travel expenses;
- Provide and maintain list of vehicles with make, model, passenger capacity, mileage, and safety equipment. If vehicles are taken out of service and/or added, contractor shall provide latest list to the State, via email, within seven days;
- Have capacity to provide transportation for people with conditions that require special provisions
- Provide and maintain written policy for use of mechanical and medical restraint devices or other security apparatus when transporting people under civil mental health commitments.
- Provide and maintain list of emergency medical staff, including name, date of birth, certification of training, and certification transporting officer will comply with department policy contractor shall notify, and provide information, to the State within seven days of staff changes.
- Provide and maintain written policy that emergency medical staff, who during course of performing services, cannot be under influence of alcohol, illegal substances or prescriptive medications which impair judgment or ability to safely operate a vehicle;
