[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide human factors evaluation and support services to the government authority located in Bozeman, MT.
- Provide Human System Integration project management, developing usable, relevant evaluation test planning, experiment design, scenario development, and gap analysis for a military application/environment,
- Develop user surveys and questionnaires that are applicable and supportable in a military environment,
- Provide front-end analysis of task, mission, user, and functional needs based on defined criteria, for example USMC Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPS),
- Conduct technology scouting, with analysis and reporting,
- Conduct evaluations that include data capture and analyses of physical demands, physiological demands, cognitive demands, and environmental measures,
- Proctor evaluations via facilitated focus group discussions or other methods, providing relevant, in-depth informational sessions,
- Provide on-site support of embedded evaluations, including during military training and exercises,
- Provide support to evaluations in all operational environments, including but not limited to temperate, arctic, desert, and jungle environments,
- Perform virtual modeling and simulation, bench testing, lab testing and field trials,
- Conduct fit evaluations of individual military clothing and equipment with integration in current/future military systems and environments.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
