- Browse contents by genre and format
- Search, browse, and access content through interface appropriately responsive to browser or mobile device
- Filter results through several optional limiters, including availability, subject, and Lexile Measure
- end-user process from item discovery to check out
- Website analytics
- Collection usage
- ability to add or remove participating libraries
- invoicing capability to consortium administrator in order to assign invoices to participating libraries for shared collection budget
- mobile app that is compatible with all major platforms and how end-users can obtain it.
