[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering, and planning service for the county elections office to the government authority located in Missoula, MT.
- The design firm will begin with an evaluation of existing buildings and site conditions, code and accessibility review and followed immediately by a space planning effort of the office building and schematic design, design development, cost estimates, parking and landscaping improvements, and multi-modal transportation access.
- A future effort will include repurposing the warehouse building to accommodate additional elections office needs that may include programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, phasing, cost estimates, and parking and landscaping.
- The firm will also coordinate and facilitate participation as projects are implemented. the owner representative, elections director, and other county staff will oversee the activities of the design firm.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
