[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and purchase and install of control system, audio, and video processing for Procrastinator theatre, technology in the room is quickly becoming out of date, and an upgrade is needed for the AV systems in the room, upgrade will encompass control system, audio, and video processing, Installation of equipment, equipment will need to be installed into the Procrastinator Theatre, including running all low-volt cabling, Programming of control system, loading, and testing of code, booth, another rack should contain: a Blu-ray player, an HDMI input, and a box (HDMI output, provided), the video outputs for the system will be to a projector in the booth, the system should be able to handle microphones and audio from the various inputs without needing somebody there constantly monitoring the audio, audio system should take audio from all of the listed video inputs, 6 XLR inputs, and 4 wireless microphone receivers, etc. to the government authority located in Bozeman, MT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2019.
