- Systems to track its maintenance of streets, storm, sidewalks, streetlights, traffic signals, signs, trails, and some water and wastewater infrastructure.
- develop a comprehensive asset management program to maximize the return of our investment on assets and improve department-wide performance.
- Conduct asset management assessment
- Business case evaluations
- Asset management plan preparation - Asset management review.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
