Government Authority located in Montana; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Water Quality Assessment, Reporting, and Documentation Front-End Conversion Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide water quality assessment, reporting, and documentation front-end conversion services for recording assessments and TMDL Tracking, It is an Oracle application and database using Oracle Forms & Reports on the Web Logic platform. Currently DEQ is using WARD 11g for development of Forms and Reports, and the database is Oracle 12c, the purpose of this project is to convert the WARD front-end from Oracle Forms and Reports to a .NET front-end. The new .NET front-end needs to be a web application so that maintenance is centralized, and users will not have to worry about updates. The conversion is for the front-end only. DEQ will continue to use the Oracle database. to the government authority located in Montana.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
