[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide call center reservation services form 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday.
- Capacity to handle hundreds of calls at one time for the first two weeks of reservations and to have capacity to allow hunters to self-select various regions.
- Keep a log of all calls by date and time; all calls must be recorded and can be retrieved.
- Keep records of all calls and recorded calls-archiving for not less than one year.
- Provide daily reservation reports in excel format to specific Regional contacts five days per week.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
