[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide transcript processing and evaluation software to alleviate challenges with the processing and evaluation of transcripts.
- automated solution to extract data from college and high school transcripts, log that data in Banner, and facilitate the articulation of college level credit
- Maintain a high degree of data accuracy
- Write transcript data to multiple locations associated with a student record in the Banner SIS
- Ability to define data access models across departments that define shared and private data sets
- Ability to integrate data from multiple 3rd party systems and through multiple methods of integrations
- Ability to call a local MSU file location to retrieve transcript documents and import those files into the software or above referenced location in a timed batched or ad hoc process
- Ability to read and interpret multiple transcript formats
- Provide user functionality and appropriate tools (update, edit, add, delete) for record review and match verification
- Ability to design workflows and implement automation for recurring actions
- Ability to develop custom reports as identified during the transfer credit review process
- Provide customizable reporting tool(s) that capture and aggregate activity such as course equivalencies that were created, updated, edited, and deleted
- Ability to incorporate machine learning that recognizes and improves processing of transcript logging and course articulations over time
- Integration approach. If the solution integrates with other vendor solutions, Offeror to describe integration strategies and technical approach.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
