Government authority located Montana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for ESINet Project Manager Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ESINet Project Manager Services to project manager for
the implementation of a new Emergency Services IP Network system to Vision Net MPLS based network and Legacy Qwest (LQ) network to the government authority located in Montana.
• The Project Manager must possess a Project Management certification(s). All Project Management certification types will be accepted, (i.e. Project Management Certificate from an accredited College or University, or a certificate from an organization such as PMI, APMC, PMP, CompTIA Project+, CAPM, etc.).
• The Project Director must have five (5) years or more of related experience managing large, complex, highly visible projects.
• Experience managing large scale projects including the development of comprehensive project work plans using Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Portfolio Management.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology to identify and communicate issues, risks and dependencies across the entire agency portfolio.
• Responsible for the development and oversight of the PMO and program roadmaps.
• Knowledge of and experience with a variety of complex technical environments and concepts of integration and enterprise architecture.
• Considerable knowledge and experience with system analysis and development methodologies, project management, cost benefit analysis, complex and diverse systems.
• Ability to compile, prepare & deliver executive level presentations.
