[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide help-link program services that may provide some state medicaid expansion-enrolled individuals with an opportunity to maintain health coverage to the government authority located in Montana.
- Help-link contractors are responsible for assessing each customer and delivering appropriate services as well as performing contract management duties that include marketing and outreach; needs assessment and planning; implementation and coordination; case management; and performance and reporting.
- Help-link prioritizes partnerships that align workforce development programs with employer needs to help clients secure jobs and contractors must be skilled at facilitating employer relationships and customizing and adaption specific solutions to address the changing needs of businesses, individuals, and their communities.
- Contractors must take a proactive approach to find and engage appropriate clients who will benefit from a full continuum of services that explore, plan, and reach employment goals.
- Providing help-link services requires strong partnerships between other workforce development organizations at both the community level and state level, as well as strong partnerships with community resources that holistically support customer wellbeing by leveraging additional funding streams and services.
- Career services and financial literacy services will be provided to each client simultaneously.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
