[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide independent accounting firm to provide annual financial audit services for the State Employee Charitable Giving Campaign to the government authority located in Montana.
- The campaign receives annual donations from State employees and distributes these donations to participating non-profit organizations throughout Montana.
- The Contractor shall furnish the audit services to the Advisory Council and will provide a written financial report and independent auditors’ report to the Advisory Council by March 1st of each year, beginning in March of 2022. The 2022 audit will cover the 2020 campaign; the 2023 audit will cover the 2021 campaign; and the 2024 audit will cover the 2022 campaign.
- The ultimate purpose of the audit is to provide an opinion about whether the campaign’s financial statements for the applicable campaign year are fairly presented, in all material respects, in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. The audits must be conducted following auditing standards generally accepted in the United States, which require that the auditor obtain reasonable assurance about whether the campaign’s financial statements are free from material misstatement.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
