[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide cash-in-lieu appraiser services when City Council and/or City staff recommends that a developer provide a cash donation in lieu dedication as a component of the subdivision process to the government authority located in Missoula, MT.
- The City is seeking to select a pool comprised of two to three qualified professional firms or individuals who are licensed bonded, and insured general real estate appraisers to supply
these services on a rotating and/or most qualified basis
- adopted cash-in-lieu criteria to the property to be developed and prepare a written appraisal report to determine fair market value for consideration by City staff, appointed, and elected officials, and the developer.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
