Vendor needs to provide automated telephone patient messaging system
- seeking sources for Patient reminder phone/text message system and server and phone prescription refill services
- Optimize information technology via automated appointment reminder system that will be reliable and consistent and provide patients the option of replying or cancelling appointments so they can be filled from a patient waiting list to ensure access to care is optimized.
- Expand safe, confidential patient messaging and encourage innovation in new technology in order to compete with other health care systems.
- Will provide with a standardized communication technology with a universal language that is already being practiced at other health care systems.
- Ensure messaging is consistently practiced between all clinics and ancillary departments creating a sense or reliability and consistency for user population.
- Improve clinical efficiency to allow staff to handle other duties involved in direct patient care.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
