(1) Vendor needs to provide program coordination services for the annual employees' charitable giving campaign include but are not limited to: Campaign kick-off, transcribe and review survey results, draft annual calendar, review and revise application packets, set up conference calls, solicit and collect weekly and end of campaign prizes shares regarding giving guide, confirm agency coordinator commitments, plan media appearances, arrange catering, work with governor's office on program communications, distribute giving guides to department coordinators, assemble campaign kick-off fliers and assemble social media, finalize registrants for kick-off, conduct prize drawings, invite special dignitaries to end of campaign event, edit the annual department debrief survey, and other program coordination activities, etc.
