[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance tracking software for nursing clinicals to implement an online immunization and clinical compliance tracking system for its students,
- provide a personal account for students that guides them through their clinical compliance requirements for the College of Nursing including background check, drug screening, e-learning options, CPR certification and immunization tracking,
• Background check coordination, screening, completion and tracking,
• Urine drug screening 10 panel tracking,
• Immunization tracking,
• CPR certification tracking,
• eLearning tracking (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.),
• Access for the student who initiates the account and for college of nursing personnel to verify completion and compliance,
• Automated BGC/UDS hit notification to administration,
• Automated tracker notifications to students and administration for all unmet requirements as follows: immunizations, background check, urine drug screening, CPR, eLearning,
• eLearning modules specifically focused on OSHA, HIPAA, TB Education,
• Indicate a positive, dilute, or negative Urine Drug Screening (UDS) has been reviewed by the company’s medical review officer and documentation indicates the review findings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
