[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide plan administration services for the voluntary employees beneficiary association health reimbursement account plan, including participant enrollment, participant account maintenance and record keeping, trust account management, customer service, claims administration, general accounting and financial services, annual financial audit services and IRS Form 990 filing.
- Plan and Claims Administration must be able to receive participant claims for qualified health care expenses, adjudicate each claim and make payment to the participant, provide a written and/or electronic notice (explanation of benefits) of payment or denial, receive and process participant appeals, and serve as a resource to the State, Claims adjudication must be provided in a manner that complies with all state and federal laws applicable to claims submission and review, administer COBRA and distribute participant notices as required by applicable law.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
