[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dyslexia awareness media campaign services that will coordinate with designated OPI staff to design and produce each of the project deliverables as described herein. The offer or will communicate via email and/or web conference with the designated OPI staff member on a weekly basis for the duration of the contract. The designated OPI staff member will provide text/content, approve final drafts prior to printing or publishing all of the deliverable materials, and receive the final digital assets package upon completion of the project.
1. Design a print and web-ready Logo and Branding Design for Dyslexia Awareness Campaign - 1 set
2. 2 colour stickers: 10,000 units, 2” x 2”
3. 4 colour postcards: 10,000, 5”x7”
4. 4 colour Posters: 3,000, 18” x 24”
5. 2 colour magnets: 10,000, 5”x7”
6. Blue Pocket Folders w/Logo: 1,500
7. 4 colour Info/FAQ sheets: 1,500, 8.5” x 11”, ,
8. Mailing (packet with folder, posters, magnets, postcards, info sheets): approximately 1,000 recipients in state (all schools plus additional education institutions-mailing list to be provided)
9. Social Media/Radio/TV public service announcements: 30 second and 90 second
10. Complete package of digital assets made available to the OPI in jpg, png, MP3, MP4, or other industry standard format.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
