[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide creative marketing services firm to create invasive species and water quality education and outreach campaign and promotional materials, provide web development, design services and maintenance.
- Create invasive species education and outreach campaigns include create new outreach materials for the existing ‘squeal on pigs’ campaign, create new outreach materials for the ‘be a wise ash’ campaign—currently we only have a brochure that explains the issue, create new and utilize existing outreach materials for aquatic invasive species prevention in the upper Columbia Basin.
- Web Design Services and Maintenance to create the flathead basin commission website, develop an invasive tree webpage for website, content will be provided, create additional pages and web features as needed and help with general maintenance, provide training for website editing for all sites/staff.
- Produce reports, publications and organizational branding items Provide draft designs for review and comment by DNRC and partners, provide updates and gain approval from DNRC on final designs, Provide all appropriate files, materials and hard copies of promotional materials for future use.
- Website development, design services, and maintenance using content management system that must be compatible with browser, mobile and search capabilities.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
