[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web based online management system and chemical inventory management tool.
- Searchable SDS database.
- Create electronic “binders” for individual locations
- Combine chemical datasheets from individual binders to create a master list of all chemicals used within FWP
- Open, View or print data sheets.
- Ability to batch print sheets
- Ability to back up FWP data sheets, either the entire list or individual sites, to PC, CD, DVD, Flash drive, or other electronic devices.
- 24/7/365 access to “binders” and the MSDS database.
- 24/7/365 support service for all users.
- Ability to add, remove, and change site locations
- Ability to set up each location with their own “binder” of data sheets
- Electronic access to the data sheets and database from any computer, tablet, or phone whether in the field or on site with or without internet access.
- Ability to add or remove data sheets as chemical usage changes.
- Ability to archive data sheets and to retrieve archived data sheets at any time.
- Automatic updating of data sheets as the information changes so FWP always has the most up-to-date, compliant MSD sheets.
- Printable OSHA Compliant labelling for secondary containers.
- First responder share service so that all first responders have direct access to FWP “binders” for any site at any time.
- Administrative rights to assign and change security roles to employees.
- Notification of banned chemicals: these notifications should come from OSHA or the EPA, but FWP would like the contractor to notify FWP if one of the chemicals in the binders is a banned chemical.
- Mobile app.
- Ability to add our own documents to the binder.
- Training in the set up and use of the service.
(2) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
