[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide international student fee collection services to give students the ability to transfer payments from their home country and have it post directly to their University Banner student account accurately and timely and with as little paperwork and cost to the student as possible to the government authority located in Bozeman, MT.
- 24/7 live support availability to assist students and parents with use, as needed.
- Provide student/parent help in various languages, list languages offered.
- Provide a list of countries for which Offeror can provide service.
- Provide a list of any excluded countries.
- Provide information about any price match guarantee Offeror may have.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 31, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
