[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide board governance document management software for creates and manages board agendas, minutes, calendars and other board documents.
- Creates agendas and minutes which reflect current College procedures
- Generates an accessible single automatically-paginated complete agenda and minutes packages for intranet and external website, with similar formatting to our current distribution.
- allow for the addition of placeholders for anticipated and draft agenda items, with a process to move these to the final agenda for publishing.
- Provide document archives and instant access with unlimited storage
- ability to perform searches against the full text of any document in the system including attachments.
- system must be compatible with PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
- on-going help desk support for system
- compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- available, adaptive, and responsive across multiple devices, on multiple OS platforms, using multiple browsers and screen-sizes, as applicable
- utilize versions of operating systems, databases, web services technologies, middle-tier software, component software and protocols that are 'industry-current' and whose vendor support for the initially-deployed version will be in effect throughout the end of the initial contract period.
- assigning and managing roles and responsibilities, including the ability for customization
- ability to view audit history.
- ability to alert on or forward audit events to the customer environment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
