Vendor needs to provide professional mental health services to the government authority located in Butte, MT.
- All mental health services costs must be pre-approved,
- Received written confirmation that has been approved to work on the case, the total amount of the pre-approval and what mental health services are being requested,
- Shall not exceed the total amount of the approved pre- approval, if determine additional time is necessary, shall immediately contact the referring attorney and explain the necessity for additional funds.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
