[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology service that meets the PVHC IT services requirements. The service provider must have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering high quality IT services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction at market-based pricing levels. The requested services will be provided under general oversight of PVHC chief information officer to the government authority located in Helena, MT.
• Design and implementation of HIPPA compliant PVHC IT infrastructure
• Service desk services
• End-user services
• Enterprise computing services
• Application management, configuration and maintenance services, as needed.
(2) A building walkthrough will be conducted August 27, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
