[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide website analysis, design, development, testing and implementation services using content management system must be compatible with social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Trip Advisor and Expedia Link,
- The website serves as a critical portal for our Automated Licensing Service, point of sale and reservation platform,
- Development of website content and structure,
- Coordination with Divisions to create and update content,
- Work with contractor to develop the new website design and structure, application knowledge
- Website analytics prove that as our constituents become more digitally focused, the use of our website continues to increase,
- Provide the user a robust search capability to search site contents,
- Design mobile first, over half of our users are mobile, and is only increasing,
- Follow industry standards and best practices, Design for inclusion and diversity,
- Allow for the inclusion of an attractive mix of text, images, photos, maps and videos,
- Provide a positive website user experience to make fwp.mt.gov a regular destination,
- Ability to market target audiences, Get engagement and interaction from customers,
- Create a dynamic, web-based news presentation,
- Ability to move most-read information to home page automatically,
- Use sliders, accordions, and tabs to organize content and media,
- Provide for full integration of video on homepage and other pages, static and dynamic, within the sit, create a media-rich presentation on homepage and within site,
- Website search function that allows users to find content by searching for words and phrases, without needing to understand or navigate the website,
- Must include advertising free comprehensive search functionality for all content including finding results inside files,
- Google-like search capabilities to easily locate information, documents, forms, etc.
- May not contain links or attribution to the design company or advertising,
- Design should be fully functional for both mobile and desktop browsers,
- Must have an informed mix of text, professional graphics, and multimedia,
- Multi-Language content support to enhance international marketing efforts,
- Flexible, allowing portions of the website to be assigned to a department or function for designated staff to add, remove, and update content using tools and templates that do not require extensive knowledge, web development languages, or technical structure,
- Ability to create new, unique pages and templates that meet content needs while still being consistent with overall website design,
- Be comprehensive and include sample templates, style sheets, flow diagrams, search result examples, detail of look and feel, navigation models, mobile device viewing scenarios, drill down flow/structure, and any other supporting documentation,
- Create galleries to pull in photos with agency hashtags from social media,
- GIS mapping application integration,
- Cross platform functionality-seamless transition to the Automated Licensing System, Park Reservation Platform, event calendar, Email Marketing platforms,
- Event Calendar that is integrated with social media channels to cross market/promote events and purchase event tickets, maintain website archive,
- Develop the ability to publish multiple pages without staggering publishing times,
- Provide development, test and production environments,
- Provide for live public comment on select pages with moderating functions,
- Website must be designed so that ongoing maintenance, updating, and support of the website is as easy as possible and can be accomplished in-house.
