[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide phone and tablet charging kiosk with mobile engagement platform.
- Custom branding templates and easy instructions to produce the artwork to upload
- Phone or tablet sized lockers
- Iphone lightning, USB-c and micro USB cord in every charging bay
- Monitors that are at least 38 in w/ media player that will play from a standard thumb drive
- 4 lockable caster wheels on the base of each kiosk
- Charging cords that can be replaced if broken or another charging cable becomes popular and
obsolete
- Solenoid locker doors, admin codes to open doors if user forgets code
- Remote content management and charging capacity of all mobile devices
- Touch screen so the user can enter their personalized code
- 8+ station phone charging station kiosks weigh no more than 220 lbs
- 6+ station phone charging station kiosks weigh no more than 170 lbs
- Mobile engagement platform: able to send emails to any web-enabled phone, tablet or computer
- Send sensitive information securely to all web-enable phones.
- Communicate with any text-capable phone and deliver links to audio, video and web pages.
- Opt-in SMS program that uses behavioral Rx predictive technology to respond to users’
responses and serve them with compelling content.
- Have the ability to have data appending capability that can instantaneously match the mobile
number with name, addresses, demographics and other customized fields.
- Managers must be able to have visibility into the campaigns and lists that were built using the
engagement platform.
- Have access to the subscriber database to micro-target messaging to individual subscribers or
endless sub-sets of subscribers.
- Have the ability to change the messaging on stations as well as obtain traffic and usage metric for
charging stations on a real-time basis.
