[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide flood documentation application to archive submitted copies of all locally issued floodplain permits, variances and enforcement actions. Decision making, and planning activities revolve around this submitted data and information. To capture and process additional information to help evaluate development areas, damage trends and future areas of growth and risk within a community, The Contractor will analyse existing business process in use by the Floodplain Management Program and stakeholders. After documenting the existing business process the Contract will work with and stakeholders to identify and document new business process to meet the goal of using the collected floodplain data proactively, this work will require the Contractor to become familiar with how floodplain data is used, the federal and state requirements related to collecting floodplain data and understanding how floodplain data can be used proactively.
- Document DNRC’s existing business processes and map-based application workflows related to our statutory requirements to archive floodplain documentation.
- Document stake holders existing business processes and requirements concerning floodplain documentation.
- Work with DNRC and stake holders to identify and document new business processes, and supporting requirements like data schema, standards, etc., that will need to be implemented to meet the future goals of using the data proactively.
- Work with DNRC to identify and document the level of effort it would take to implement the proposed business processes to stake holders in Montana.
- Work with DNRC to identify and document the level of effort it would take to implement the proposed business processes to stake holders in other states.
- Work with DNRC to identify and document processes and requirements that would need to be implemented to import historical data so that it meets the requirements of the proposed business requirements that will be used so that collected data can be used proactively.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
