Government Authority located in Bozeman, Montana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for international crisis and risk management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide international crisis and risk management services to the government authority located in Bozeman, MT.
(A) Emergency Medical Assistance:
- Must have full-time global physicians on staff providing 24/7 access to physicians and security specialists, on-call, online and in person for medical and security referrals and advice and to liaise with treating facilities
- Robust communication infrastructure from incident to resolution for and with members and University; including the ability to set an incident hotline up if needed
(B) Tailored Operational Procedures and Training:
- Contractor must work with University on development of standard crisis procedures including the development and execution of an on-campus International Crisis Management Plan and providing training for this plan
(C) Mobile App:
- Shall provide user with location-based medical and security alerts
- Shall provide user access to emergency numbers and ability to dial medical or emergency services even when cell phone coverage or Wi-Fi access is not available
- Pre-departure Resources for Students and Faculty and Staff
- Company Structure and Corporate Stability
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
