[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours telephone and triage answering services during Monday to Friday from 5:45 pm to 8:00 am and in weekends during Friday 5:45 pm to Monday 8:00 am.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 5,698 hours per year.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
