[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student information and document storage software to house program, participant, financial, and demographic information for multiple professional and scholarship programs administered.
- This software must have the ability to award and track program participants and funds through the entire process; from the initial application for each program, to the scoring and awarding into each program, to the payments while participating in the programs, to graduation and repayment.
- Compatible and integrated system for electronic document storage includes
a. Accounts Payable (invoices, copies of checks, and supporting documentation)
b. Accounts Receivable (invoices, copies of checks and supporting documentation)
c. Internal agency forms (travel forms, purchase request forms, Procard logs, etc.)
d. Human Resource documents (new hire forms, evaluation forms, retirement forms, etc.)
e. Contracts and legal documents
- Develop appropriate applications and forms required for the administration of each program
- Track a wide variety of data on all applicants and program participants to be used for reporting
- Query multiple parameters for in-depth reports, on students, funds, schools and by program
- Ability to track continued program eligibility, requirements and parameters
- Ability to suspend funds for students who have become ineligible and attach a reason code
- Ability to track eligibility period, funding award dates and amounts, student progress, loan repayment disbursement dates and amounts, collection of special fees etc. in addition to other demographic data.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
