[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide product development services include concept or design development of electrical design, production of industrial design renderings, definition of design intent parameters, creation of virtual 3D prototypes, performance of theoretical evaluation of designs providing 3D scanning services, providing proof-of concept prototypes to ensure functionality, providing parts and assemblies of mechanical designs, providing parts and assemblies of injection molded design, providing parts and assemblies of electrical designs, production of bills of materials, providing manufacturing sourcing and alternative materials analysis and information, providing manufacturing cost estimates for varying production volumes, production of user instructions, assembly instructions, and operations instructions, production of manufacturing packets or technical design packages, providing test capabilities in order to validate design, conducting iterative build-test cycles required for product refinement, conduct or facilitation of physical testing and facilitation of cycle testing, user and focus group testing, manufacturability testing, identification and development of testing protocols, and providing detailed reports of test results to the government authority located Bozeman, MT.
- Also provide digitizing and 3D design, electronic design, fabrication and consulting, durable soft goods systems manufacturing.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
