- Abilities that companies possess to review, audit and analyze state facilities utility billing data to find out if there are anomalies or trends of potential overcharges.
- The data auditing would include electrical, alt-fuels, natural gas, water and sewer charges.
- Explain what your company would need from us to perform energy cost management or energy audit services.
- Explain how your company would be compensated for the energy audit or energy cost management services that it provides.
- Explain how your company tailors its services to government customers.
- Describe any potential problems, risks that the department may encounter when implementing these types of solutions.
- Explain what energy software your company can provide and why it would be a good solution for the state.
- Explain what energy negotiation services your company can provide to the State.  
- Explain what metering improvements your company could offer to the State to the government authority located in Montana.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
