Government Authority located in Montana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for answering call center services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 hours answering call center services including holidays, during and for at least ten days after each hunting, trapping or angling season.
- Answer telephone calls from hunters and trappers that are reporting harvest and correctly enter data as prompted by the web-based application.
- Keep record of all calls and recorded call-archiving for not less than one year.
- Train all call center staff on use of computer application.
- Maintain data, system security and the integrity by complying with state user id, password and potential two factor login verification security measures.
(2) Approximately call volume will 3,246 calls and 9,924 minutes.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
