[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide communications coordinator services for the office of public instruction including Use social marketing strategies to support the reduction of stigma associated with mental illness and promote the mental health of children and their families by developing, implementing and maintaining a project wide communications plan in collaboration with local and state advisory teams, Increase awareness of mental health needs and services for children and youth among mental health providers, key partners, groups/organizations, and the communities via youth, local and state advisory team communications plan through monthly awareness activities throughout the duration of the project, Demonstrate to communities that the mental health needs of children and youth with serious mental health needs and their families are best met through systems of care strategies by providing a face to face report to state and local advisory teams and other community forums in order to share status of activities on an at least quarterly basis.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
