Vendor needs to provide trust lands management system for improved functionality, upgraded the software platform and created adaptation to new business processes, improve how we engage and serve the citizens that use or benefit from those lands, improve effectiveness & efficiency of the division, including adding decision support capability, capture the workflows and underlying needs, separate databases for transactions and analysis, review the new electronic content management service and review the process of tracking physical files and content.
