(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and surveying services for floodplain mapping activities to the government authority located in Montana.• Land survey:– Various types of surveys are required to provide the necessary data for new floodplain mapping studies and alterations or revisions.– Structure survey.– Bathymetric survey.– High water mark survey.• Floodplain mapping studies:– Contractors must be well versed in the varying standards, data requirements, and products associated with the different study level tiers.– Hydrologic analyses.– Hydraulic analyses.– Floodplain mapping and data development.• Technical support services:– Performing technical review and evaluation of new floodplain mapping studies, existing data studies, CLOMR–LOMR–PMR submittals, and floodplain permit applications.– Preparation of summary reports, figures, tables, and letters.• Data analysis and communication services:– Developing data visualizations for a general audience, using tools such as flyers, memos, work maps, and online viewers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2024. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
