***The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration`s (NOAA) Acquisition & Grants Office (AGO), Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL), intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106–1(b)(1), with Sunburst Sensors located in Missoula, Montana for SAMI V2 PH Sensors to be delivered to NOAA/PMEL 7600 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle, WA***The sole source determination is based on NOAA`s requirement that Sunburst Sensors is the only vendor that manufactures and distributes this SAMI V2 PH Sensor. A quantity of three (3) SAMI version 2 PH Sensors.These units will be an addition to the stock of units already in service and must be completely compatible and capable of performing in a consistent manner with the other similar units already in use.
