(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid pharmacy case management and drug use review services to the government authority located in Montana.– Provide assistance and expertise in performing work related to drug use review and pharmacy case management,– Must be available, within normal business hours, for site visits to audit compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures– Must keep records and data maintained in a manner agreeable by both parties and made available immediately upon request. Records and data are the property of the State and will be turned over immediately upon the end of the contract or upon termination– Shall develop and maintain databases to support the report requirements– Must maintain a case management system to document clinical case notes, and other relevant information specific to a member. the system must be available to the state, in a read only capacity.(2) A contract term will be for one year.
