The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non–competitive purchase order to PROAIM America`s LLC dba PROAIM Medical, 16024 Manchester Road, Suite 200, Ellisville, MO 63011, for Annual Preventive Maintenance Services on the Zeiss Optometry Equipment at the Little Shell Service Unit, Great Falls, Montana. PROAIM America`s LLC dba PROAIM Medical is the authorized distributor for Zeiss. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302–1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non–Personal Services Contract.
