(1) Vendor needs to provide fire financial system.– Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all fiscal reporting for all wildland fire incidents that involve any work performed by State employees, Emergency Fire Fighters, and private vendors contracted by each fire season.– Statewide Accounting, Budgeting, and Human Resources System Data – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. and General Ledger entries and updates inputs and outputs from this system are required.– Financial Code Generator– Provides a code that links data between Integrated Reporting of Wildland Fire Information.– IRWIN Data – All Wildland Fire Incident Data.– Scanned documentation mechanism using solution to collect and digitize documents, including OF–286 and OF–288 forms.– Financial Actuals Reporting.– Fire Suppression Cost Estimate Reporting.
