(1) Vendor needs to provide social media and digital advertising services.1. Social media boosts:– Contractor shall boost content, created by agency, across social media outlets through the social media pages using Facebook and Instagram.– Provide content, display videos and static images that meet social media site sizing requirements to the contractor.– The contractor will Boost the content through the designated Media Outlets.2. Social media advertising:– Contractor shall pay for agency advertising across social media outlets to include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and Snapchat.– Content will be provided by the agency and reviewed by contractor.– Ads will contain both static and display video depending on content created and will meet all social media guidelines.3. Digital advertising:– Contractor shall provide agency programmatic digital video and TV streaming to include but not limited to Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, Spotify and other streaming platforms.– All advertisements shall feature the logo and a call–to–action at the end.(2) This bid is historically underutilized business (HUBZone) set–aside (FAR 19.13).
