(1) Vendor needs to provide direct medical provider contract service to the government authority located in Montana. – To promote improved, efficient and more cost effective care for its covered employees, retirees and dependents, the District is seeking to explore direct medical provider contracting in the billings and surrounding area under three possible scenarios (responding organizations are asked to respond relating to all three):1. Sole provider approach: Similar to current city of billings approach, either intermountain or billings clinic is assumed to be selected as the preferred provider organization and services provided at the other organization would (with some exceptions) be considered out–of–network.2. Dual choice network: Employee payroll contributions and/or member cost share (e.g., deductible, coinsurance, out–of–pocket) for services received may be different for Intermountain vs. Billings Clinic.3. Tiered network approach: No up–front network election required, but member cost share (e.g., deductible, coinsurance, out–of–pocket) would be different for services received from Intermountain vs. billings clinic providers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2024. (3) The contract term will be four years.
