- Installing approximately 2,900 feet of PVC Water Line and associated appurtenances, fire hydrants, 1-1/2 inch water services and associated appurtenances, water meter pits and loops, and 2-inch waste hydrants.- The work includes trenchless installation across Hillcrest Road for a 6-inch hydrant lateral, and miscellaneous surface restoration.- The work will extend an existing PVC water main to serve the City of Billings Compost Facility on Hillcrest Road.
