(1) Vendor needs to provide online learning platform.
- Online learning platform allows unlimited course enrollments with each subscription (license) for at least 700 subscriptions (licenses), with the ability to add more students as needed
- Each subscription (license) may be reused to enroll another student.
- Licenses are available for use for one year, with the option to extend services annually for an additional four years.
- The platform has on-going customer support and on-demand professional development resources as part of the proposed agreement.
- Courses are aligned to state content standards in math, science, social studies, and English language arts for middle and high school.
- The platform's core, honors, and advanced placement courses meet curriculum guidelines
- The platform offers original-credit and credit-recovery courses for high school students
- Course completion is asynchronous, and a synchronous support option may be available to students
- The platform offers several elective courses such as health, languages, college and career readiness
- The platform allows proctoring and multiple reports for both teachers and supervisors: time on task, district-wide attendance, student progress, usage, last login.
- The platform has individualized remedial instruction on topics that may be used when students do not demonstrate mastery of particular content or skill.
- Supervisors are able to transfer students within the platform.
- Ability to specify units or lessons within a course and reposition students throughout a course.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 28, 2023.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 28, 2023.
