(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program service for houses the self-insured and self-administered employee benefits plan and workers compensation plan to the government authority located in Missoula, MT.
- Provide a digital platform that serves as a resource for all EAP services.
- Provide a variety of support services including working with the wellness coordinator to develop programming, provide training for staff, participate in employee outreach and provide ongoing engaging communications to help employees understand the purpose and benefits of the services provided. - EAP program increases employee access and reduces barriers to engagement in order to improve employee wellbeing, productivity and retention leading to a reduction in the growth in health plan expenditures.
- Compile, analyze and report on the annual wellbeing assessment data including aggregated results and de identified responses as available through the EAP program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 1, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be three years.
