(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic alliance service.
- Strategic Alliance works at the systems level to address unmet behavioral health care needs of people who have limited financial means and/or limited support systems and those who may be experiencing homelessness,
- Conducting a needs assessment of behavioral health crisis care.
- Implementing data-sharing agreement among four health care providers.
- Successfully advocating for increased medicaid reimbursement for crisis receiving center services
- Sustain the strategic alliance after the grant has ended.
- Strategic Alliance steering committee and the project facilitator will develop and refine annual goals, develop measurable outcomes, and when needed, form groups/subcommittees to accomplish defined objectives and evaluate outcomes
- Develop an annual work plan to achieve the goals of the Strategic Alliance
- Ensure work plan objectives are met
- Work across the public and private sectors to achieve key outcomes related to improved behavioral health outcomes.
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure progress on common goals and to eliminate duplication of effort
- Facilitate monthly meetings of the strategic alliance for improved behavioral health including sending of agendas and meeting minutes
- Work with the company, JG Research and Evaluation, to provide monthly data reports to the strategic alliance
- Participate in the monthly statewide coalition coordinators' meetings
- Update strategic alliance members on progress and/or challenges on projects
- Develop and implement a Communications Plan to highlight the work of the strategic alliance
- Develop and implement plan for financial sustainability of the strategic alliance
