Vendor needs to provide superintendent search services to the government authority located in Montana.
• Work with the board, designated district staff and others as directed by the board.
• Meet with the board to clarify and determine views regarding experience and personal characteristics of candidates.
• Provide advisory services to the board.
• Gather information from community and staff.
• Identify and secure qualified candidates.
• Process applications.
• Assistance with logistics for finalist interviews.
• Work with designated staff and the board to recommend finalists.
• Work with the board and agency to transition the new superintendent.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
