[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Medicaid eligibility staff augmentation services to the government authority located in Montana.
- The vendor will provide Medicaid eligibility support services with a fully remote workforce. The vendor will provide a fully supported staffing model with appropriate management, supervisors, trainers, and quality analysts, with a goal to minimize the burden on state staff and management
- Providing key personnel that, at a minimum, include the Project Manager and a Quality Assurance Lead. Key personnel shall not hold more than one key role unless otherwise approved by the Agency
- Designating a Project Manager to represent and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project. This individual shall serve as the State’s primary point of contact for matters relating to the project
- Gathering all necessary data for renewals through electronic data sources, client interaction, and collateral contact
- Identify any outstanding verifying documentation and inform the applicant/client of the required document and the date by which it must be received. Follow-up any phone conversation with a mailing, reiterating the required documentation.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
